The place is nice, and has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a tv, an electric kettle, and cookware. The staff helped me print tickets on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The stay was amazing, with a really spacious double studio that comfortably accommodated the two of us. I loved the nice little touches like having fresh coffee and biscuits ready upon arrival. We were just a short walk away from the beach and a couple of attractions like the Pleasure Beach. The hosts were super accommodating. our room was even ready before the scheduled check-in time. Definitely made our short getaway so much more enjoyable!

The location is prime, just a hop, skip, and jump from the Pleasure Beach and close to a tram stop. The complimentary breakfast is solid-plenty of options to fuel up before a day of adventure.
Despite the perks, I ran into some issues. The rooms can feel a bit cramped for families, and I heard others grumbling about weak shower pressure-it was enough to leave you longing for a proper rinse. Code locks instead of traditional keys were a pain, and the Wi-Fi connection had its moments of disappearing act.

The breakfasts were large with pancakes and all round value, for instance and the staff were really helpful, did not rush us.

Absolutely terrible. The fridge temp was too high and froze everything, just good. Then the apartment was freezing at night, yet no one bothered to fix it. Of course, i expected a complimentary gift for such inconveniences, but alas, none to be found. It's hard to believe i nearly gave this a good review, but just couldn't!

missingWrote a review on 09 Novparking inconveniencenoise disturbancefridge malfunction
Parking became a hassle as the reserved spot was inconvenient for trips outside the area, forcing a long search for alternatives. Noise from the floor above during the night was noticeable, impacting sleep quality. A fridge malfunction at an early hour caused a disturbance, disappointing but manageable.

Perfect base for Blackpool fun
The kids loved the breakfast in bed, and the location is spot on for all the attractions! Just a short walk to Pleasure Beach and the tram. Only issue was the shower pressure-it was a bit weak, but we managed. Would totally come back!

The stay featured a great location with a living room view towards popular attractions. Having fresh milk in the fridge was a thoughtful touch. The doorbell didn't work upon arrival, which delayed the check-in process, and both bins in the apartment were not emptied before our arrival. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty.

The apartment was super close to pleasure beach and nice n clean. The owner really helped us get free parking nearby, a big plus. We had a comfy space for 3 of us and a nice kitchen area to make snacks. It was great to have a big tv and fresh towels too! Would def come back again.
only issue was the bathroom could get a bit noisy, and we wished there were more channels on the tv.
